According to request of the Shareholder of ZAO "Philosophy of Beauty and Health," Perm, we have provided the comprehensive consulting services for the analysis of the current activities of the medical asset in July 2018. The medical, commercial, operational and investment activities of the business have been audited, as well as recommendations how to improve the investment attractiveness of the asset have been advised.

In addition, we expressed our expert independent opinion in the following areas:

- Expert opinion on the strategy of asset development, including the comparison with the average market growth rate of industry;

- Expert evaluation of the main competitive advantages of the asset in the market, unique competences of the asset, allowing to achieve success at the market;

- Expert evaluation of medical concept and business model of asset development, possibilities of multiplication in other regions of the Russian Federation,

- Summary of project risks for the Shareholder.

The analysis also adjusted the financial model of asset development.
