Managing the SOVA group of companies

During October 2017 – December 2019, we have managed the strategic and operational workflow for the SOVA group of companies.
The net of medical centers SOVA in figures are:
-    active client base of 120 000 patients and more,
-    all doctors specializations in 3 million cities of Russia – Saratov, Volgograd, Voronezh,
-    all diagnostics including heavy medical equipment and laboratory,
-    12 modern operation rooms, ICUs and 100 beds of licensed 24-hours inpatient unit,
-    team of 1200 professionals in 6 clinics with the total area of 12 000 m2.
During 2 management years the Revenue of SOVA has been grown up in 2,8 timed and the EBITDA in 3 times. Herewith even mature clinics had been growing for 40-50% like-for-like.
Obviously, such growth is the result of correct medical practice, which is the driver always.
