M&A deal, “Academicheskaya” clinic

During the January-May 2018, we have carried out the work on the searching the potential target in Volgograd for the M&A deal for and on behalf of SOVA group of companies. As a result the deal of “Academicheskaya” clinic in Volgograd had been prepared and executed. The clinic was later included into the SOVA group.
