“Federal Rehabilitation Center” Concept on the basis of The Federal Bureau of Medical and Social Expertise was developed in 2011.

“Project Med” LLC provided the following services to the Customer - construction of the business plan, development of the medical concept, financial feasibility study of the project.

The total floor area equals 34 000 m2. Medical conception included 5 operation rooms, 300-bed hospital, in-patient and outpatient rehabilitation department, policlinics department, physiotherapy department and diagnostic department.

The total amount of funding was estimated as 2 620 million rubles, including capital and operating expenditures (working capital formation), 1 860 and 760 million rubles respectively.

Investment Performance Data of the Project:

• Net present value of the project - 460 million rubles;
• Internal rate of return - 20%;
• Payback period of the project – 8 years.

Project income after achieving operational effectiveness is estimated as 2 milliards rubles with EBITDA Margin of 25%( building is being owned by the Customer).
