Hospital on Sadovnicheskaya street

During the May - July 2018, “Project Med LLC” carried out the work on the creation of a medical concept and business plan for a new hospital on Sadovnicheskaya street in Moscow. This ambitious project, located in the heart of the capital, has a total area of about 8,000 m2, and may become a significant competitor to existing large clinics in Moscow

The following researches and materials have been prepared during the services:

1. The analysis of medical services market and development tendencies (dynamics) in Moscow and the Russian Federation:

• State healthcare (public sector);

• Commercial healthcare (private sector);

• Leaders of private market of commercial medicine in Moscow, the description of the main competitors and the strategy they realize, competitors price policy;

• Assessment of project’s target audience, the analysis of medical incidence, assessment of solvent demand volume for development of the balanced medical concept of the center, center’s format and production capacities.

• Financial 10 years horizon modeling: forecast accounts - P&L, Cash Flow, Balance sheet, calculation of expected investment and operational indicators - NPV, IRR, PP, DPP, Revenue, EBITDA;

• Structure and possibilities for financing of the project.
